Ordered fixtures have a 30-day return policy and are subject to a 25% restocking fee, or full store credit. Installed fixtures are non-returnable. Red-tagged items sold directly from the showroom floor are non-returnable. Lamp shades have a 10-day return policy, as long as the plastic is not removed.
